If it develops or promotes the arts or sport in Barbados, it's in scope.
Individuals
Artists and athletes practising or developing their craft — from a first programme to national level.
Organisations
Clubs, associations, collectives, and community groups with a programme that needs backing.
Statutory corporations
State bodies with responsibilities in the arts or sport, applying for programme funding.

How it works
Six steps from idea to disbursement

Create an account
Verify your email and tell us who you are — an arts or sporting organisation, a statutory corporation, or an individual practising arts or sport.
Draft your application
Save as you go. Tell us about your programme, your funding need, and how it contributes to the development of arts or sport in Barbados.
Upload supporting documents
Detailed proposal, budget, organisational registration, tax clearance, audited financials (for organisations), and any letters of support.
Sign and submit
Confirm the information is true and complete, accept the data protection notice, and submit. You receive a reference number.
Committee review
The ASPF Committee considers your application at its next meeting. We may write to you if more information is needed.
Minister's decision
The Minister makes the final funding decision. If approved, the Treasury arranges the bond and pays out the grant.
